Bukowski part of Southmoreland’s climb

Few football coaches have the resume of Tim Bukowski.
The Rostraver Township resident has been an assistant coach for 26 of the last 29 years and his journey has included five high schools (Monessen, Charleroi, Clairton, Ringgold and Southmoreland) and Cal U.
The only years he didn’t coach were 2013-15, opting to sit in the stands and watch his son, Noah, play for Belle Vernon Area.
Once his son graduated, Bukowski knew he would make his way back to the sidelines.
“In my mind, I never left,” he said with a laugh about coaching.
