Doug Finke has preached a consistent message to his Elizabeth Forward team throughout the year.
In times of wins and in times of losses, Finke has talked about focus and putting together a complete game.

The Warriors dropped a 3-1 decision to Section 1-2A opponent Steel Valley and are in danger of falling into fourth place in the section standings.
“Seriously, our focus wasn’t there. Hats off to Steel Valley, but I’m more mad at what we didn’t do and what our mistakes were,” Finke said.
“I would think we knew what we had to do, and how we had to play and how we have to play for 80 minutes. Once again, it just wasn’t there.”
