The youngest of the seven Pagans Motorcycle Club members charged with attempted homicide after a brutal attack in Charleroi in April has pleaded guilty.
Corey Volk, 24, of East Main Street, West Newton, pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault before Common Pleas Court Judge John DiSalle.
Volk originally faced additional charges of attempted homicide, conspiracy to commit homicide and simple assault.
DiSalle sentenced Volk on the charge of aggravated assault to four to eight years and a consecutive term of three to six years on the conspiracy to commit aggravated assault charge. His total sentence is seven to 14 years.
Volk and six other members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club are believed to have gone to the Slovak Club in Charleroi April 18 with the intent to kill Troy Harris, a former Pagan.
