A man identified in court records as the national Pagans Motorcycle Club’s sergeant at arms pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in relation to an assault in Charleroi earlier this year.
Michael Barringer, 50, of Pie Ridge Road, Prosperity, Pa., pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault Monday afternoon and was sentenced to four to eight years in jail.
Barringer was also charged with four counts each of intimidation of a witness or victim, witness or informant taking a bribe, obstruction of law and one count each of criminal conspiracy to commit criminal homicide and solicitation of homicide. Those charges were withdrawn as part of the plea deal.
Barringer is the fourth to take a plea deal among the 12 people who have been charged in the attack on former Pagan Troy Harris who was severely beaten April 18 at the Slovak Club in Charleroi.
