A third member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club charged in connection with a brutal attack in Charleroi in April has accepted a plea agreement.

Josh Pagliei, 43, of Marshal Circle, Pleasant Hills, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault on Friday.

Washington Common Pleas Court Judge John DiSalle sentenced Pagliei to three to six years in prison. He is credited with the 131 days he’s served since his July arrest.

Pagliei is one of seven Pagans accused of entering the Slovak Club in Charleroi April 18 with the intent to kill Troy Harris, a former Pagan.

Security camera footage from the club shown during a preliminary hearing for several of the defendants appears to show Troy Harris sitting at one end of the bar and his wife Michelle at the other end.
