Tigers seeking different results against Gators

Three weeks ago, Mc-Keesport played Gateway and got clobbered, 38-7.

Tonight, the two conference rivals will meet again in a WPIAL 5A semifinal game at Greensburg Salem with a 7 p.m. kickoff.

The obvious question for Tigers coach Matt Miller is how will he find a way to reverse an extremely one-sided decision in such a short turnaround time.

Miller’s answer was simple and to the point.

“Hopefully we don’t turn the ball over and give them 14 points right off the bat,” Miller said. “And we have to find a way to move the football and score points.”
