Two members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club accused of an assault that left a former Pagan with a traumatic brain injury have rejected plea deals and will go to trial Feb. 3.
Seven men were charged with attempted homicide and assault after allegedly entering the Slovak Club in Charleroi April 18 and attacking former Pagan Troy Harris.
Last week, four of those men were offered plea deals and were given until Wednesday to accept them before the Washington County District Attorney’s office withdrew the offers.
Matthew Vasquez, 31, of Monessen was offered a deal that called for him to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and aggravated assault in exchange for a sentencing range of seven to 14 years.
