Diane Raible of Paws Across Pittsburgh animal rescue is on a mission to prove that dogs with disabilities and/or specialized medical conditions “deserve to be loved on and they deserve hugs and kisses.”
Diane and Paws Across Pittsburgh are introducing a new program that aims to rescue, rehabilitate and find loving homes for animals with disabilities and specialized medical conditions.
Diane said Dolly, a 2-year-old spaniel mix who lives with her in White Oak, inspired the creation of the new program that has been dubbed “Dolly’s Dogs.”
