Ringgold girls snap 4-game slide

Ringgold put an end to its four-game losing streak with a 43-22 win over California at the Bentworth Tournament Friday night.
The Rams (3-5) outscored the Trojans, 25-8, in the first half and 18-14 in the second.
Kirra Gerard led all scorers with 16 points for Ringgold, while Nya Adams added eight.
Sydney Smichnick paced Cal (4-4) with seven points.
Ringgold faces Bentworth tonight, while Cal matches up with Mapletown.
