Jacqueline R. James of Rochester, N.Y., passed away on March 12, 2020. She was the mother of Kelvin S. James and Kerrance (Carolyn) James; and sister of Phillip (Phyllis) Reed. Arrangements in Rochester, N.Y., were handled by Metropolitan Funeral Home, where a chapel service was on March 17, 2020. A graveside burial service will be at 11 a.m. March 19, 2020, in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
