Terri L. Behanna – Bunola
Terri L. Behanna, 65, of Bunola, died Saturday, May 2, 2020, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born Nov. 21, 1954, in New Eagle, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. Jr. and Anna Miller Mardis. Terri was a 1972 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. A homemaker, she was a member of the Church of Nazarene in Bunola and enjoyed quilting in her spare time. Surviving are her husband, James M. Behanna Jr., whom she married March 25, 1972; three sons and a daughter-in-law, James Behanna III (Sherry Keffer) of Bunola; Corey and Debrah Behanna of Donora and Robbie Behanna of Bunola; a daughter, Mindy Behanna-Fischer and husband Timothy of Bunola; two sisters, Karen Lenhart of Warren, Ohio and Linda and husband Lou Fine of Forward Township; seven grandchildren, Britney, Corey Jr., Kaleb, Cody, Dakota, Matthew, Abigail Behanna-Fischer; and three great-grandchildren, Bently, Liley and Camden. Preceding her in death was her brother, Charles L. Mardis III, who died in 1979; and a sister, Judith Parry Neil, who died in 1991. Due to COVID-19, a family funeral was held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, followed by interment in Taylor Cemetery, Forward Township.
