Henry ‘Hank’ Dellamalva – Simi Valley, Calif., formerly of Monessen and Sun City West, Ariz.
Henry “Hank” Dellamalva, 92, of Simi Valley, Calif., formerly of Monessen and Sun City West, Ariz. died Friday, Jan. 8, 2021. He was born June 8, 1928, in Monessen, the son of the late Dominick and Yvonne Michaux Dellamalva. Hank was a graduate of Monessen High School, Class of 1946. While still residing in Monessen, he was employed by Pittsburgh Steel until 1961, when he left for Chatsworth, Calif. He found employment at Rocketdyne International, which later became part of Rockwell International. He retired with 28 years of proud union service. After retiring, Hank and his beautiful wife Kathleen moved to Sun City West, before returning to Simi Valley in 2013 to be near family. Hank was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Surviving are his wife of 72 years, Kathleen Delozier Dellamalva; along with son Gary (Margi) Dellamalva of Valencia, Calif.; a daughter, Lynne (Raymond) Conklin of Simi Valley, Calif.; three grandchildren, Amber, Ryan and Evan; 12 great-grandchildren; his nephew, Dean (Debbie) Dellamalva Sr.; and niece, Maria (Phil) Giordano and families in Pennsylvania. Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were his loving brother, Frank N. Dellamalva; a sister, Dorothy Dellamalva; and granddaughter, Raelyn Conklin Luchansky. Private services were held in Simi Valley.
