James B. Ferguson – Donora
James B. Ferguson, 66, of Donora, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born in North Charle- roi on Feb. 15, 1955, he was a son of the late William C. and Mary Ann Burns Ferguson. An avid Pittsburgh sports enthusiast, Jim loved getting together with his friends and watching the Pirates, Penguins and Steelers play. Jim enjoyed watching older movies and TV shows and was a huge trivia buff when it came to quotes, actors and actresses. Surviving to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amber Berkich of Charleroi; two grandchildren, Roman and Vivian Berkich; a brother, William G. (Kathleen) Berkich of Cary, N.C.; two nieces, Erin and Caitlin; two nephews, William and Patrick; and several cousins. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2021. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 23. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela.
