Derrick A. Baka

Derrick A. Baka, 30, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021. He was the loving father of Avamarie Baka; son of Shelley L. (Hinerman) and the late Ronald Mavilla and Arthur Baka; grandson of Doris and the late Robert Baka and Jane LaFrankie; loving brother of Heather Sowers (Colton), Ashley Mavilla and the late Ronald Mavilla. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at DAVID J. HENNEY FUNERAL HOME, 6364 Library Road (Route 88), Library, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday.
