Cook part of mail-in voting lawsuit

State Rep. Bud Cook, R-West Pike Run Township, is one of 14 state legislators who filed a private suit asking Commonwealth Court to strike down Act 77, the law that expanded mail-in ballots to any registered voter in the state.
