White Oak to apply for economic development grant

White Oak Council on Monday discussed and took action on several items related to capital improvements projects at the borough building and public works garage. During a workshop meeting before the voting meeting, council discussed giving borough engineer Ken Hillman of Senate Engineering and Borough Manager John Palyo the green light to apply for a Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund grant.
