Elizabeth Albert – Donora
Elizabeth Albert, 86, of Donora, passed away on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born on June 30, 1935, daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Joseph Albert. Elizabeth was Orthodox by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Rose Tominello, Sadie Urban and Minnie Kucia; three brothers, Michael Albert, George Albert and Younan Salim; a nephew, Michael Tominello; and a great-niece, Terri Lynn Millern. Surviving to cherish her memory are a brother, Esau “Brownie” Albert of Carroll Township; a sister-in-law, Elaine Albert of Carroll Township; her nieces and nephews, to whom she was a devoted aunt and loved by, Joyce Morgan, Carol Jean Millern, Adeline Gilmore, Karl Urban, Vicki Wyvratt, Ken Albert, Lee Ann Stevenson, Lorrie Albert, George Albert, Salim Salim, Eisa Salim, Nawal Salim, Nadwa Salim and Manera Salim; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900. Visitation and a funeral service officiated by the Very Rev. Father Constantine Curchin were private at the request of the family. Interment took place at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
