Panel discusses Washington County government study ballot referendum

Washington County residents will have more than just local offices to consider when they head to the polls on Nov. 2. For the past several weeks, residents have been buzzing – both for an against – a ballot question that will decide if they want to study the county’s current structure of government.
On Wednesday, to educate voters on what the study could mean for the county, and how the process would work if the voters choose to move forward, the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, along with the Peters Township Chamber of Commerce, Greater Canonsburg Chamber of Commerce, Monongahela Chamber of Commerce and Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, partnered to host an educational webinar.
