Marianne Mulac Keith – O’Fallon, Mo., formerly of McKeesport
Marianne Mulac Keith of O’Fallon, Mo., died on Aug. 19, 2020, after a brief illness. Born in McKeesport on July 31, 1955, she was the daughter of Helen J. Mulac and the late George Mulac. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Michael Keith; son, Christopher (Misty); and grandson, Asher, whom she adored. She was predeceased by her daughter, Charlie; and grandparents, Anna and Andrew Zurovcik and Mary and Milan Mulac. After graduation from McKeesport High School, Class of 1973, she enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and did tours of duty in southern Korea, Japan, Hawaii and Alaska. She was one of the first females in the aircraft maintenance career field and the first female C-5A Galaxy crew chief. She retired after 20 years of service as a technical/sergeant E-6 and went on to become the deputy county tax collector of Darren County, Mo., retiring after 20 years. She was an avid photographer, scuba diver and enjoyed traveling. Surviving also are her siblings, Michelle (Jerry) Marsischky, Marcy (Fred) Angel and Michael (Barbara) Mulac; and two nieces and three nephews. Friends are invited to a memorial service at 11 a.m. Oct. 30, 2021, at Holy Family Parish, 1921 Eden Park Blvd., McKeesport, Pa.
