White Oak: 8 candidates seek council seats

There’s a race for four council seats in White Oak, and eight candidates — four Democrats and four Republicans —  are on the ballot.

Three of them are incumbents — Republican Julie Opferman and Democrats George Dillinger and Ken Robb.
