Carl R. Clegg Jr. – Donora, formerly of Bethel Park
Carl R. Clegg Jr., 79, of Donora, formerly of Bethel Park, passed away Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021. He was the former husband of Barbara Clegg and former loving partner of Marguerite Burns; beloved father of Heidi Barbarini (Michael), Gretchen DeLopez (Juan), Cameron (Katie), Amanda Gabeletto (Jennan), Clinton (Jacklyn) and the late Cara Haggerty (Roger); brother of Manuel Rodriguez (Jammie), Angel Rodriguez and the late Betty Jean Petaccia and Carol Lee Smith; grandfather of Haley, Samantha, Roger, Shannon, Camden, Adela, Jake, Ryan, Aydan, Wyatt, Collyn, Gavyn, Shayne and the late Emily; and great-grandfather of Bently, Ariana, Paxton, Briar, Adalyn, Everly and Iylah. Carl was in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and The Commonheart, a local band. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021, at DAVID J. HENNEY FUNERAL HOME, 6364 Library Road (Route 88), Library, where a blessing service will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 4.
