Pa. American Water program marks 30 years helping customers in need

Pennsylvania American Water on Thursday was credited for inspiring change in places across the nation when it created it’s H20-Help to Others Program. That was 30 years ago, and the program was the first of its kind to be launched by a water utility company.
On Thursday, leaders of PA American and Dollar Energy Fund met in McKeesport to celebrate the program’s birthday, but more importantly to ask community organization/group leaders to spread the word that help paying the water/sewage bill is still available three decades later.
