Charleroi moves to enact new rules for food truck vendors

Food truck and other mobile food vendors will soon have new rules for operating in Charleroi Borough.  If the ordinance is adopted after a second reading next week, mobile food vendors will be required to obtain a license issued by the borough before they are permitted to operate to sell products.
