Davis announces bid for lt. governor

Standing in the shadow of a statue of President John F. Kennedy at the McKeesport park where JFK once addressed the city during a tour of the Mon Valley, state Rep. Austin Davis announced Tuesday that he’s running for lieutenant governor.
