Gregory Lee Teegarden Sr., 69, of California, passed away on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022. Born on Oct. 28, 1952, he was the son of the late Frank and Mae Teegarden. He was a retired driver for Hilltop Bus Lines and was a huge Steelers fan. He was featured on KDKA’s Fan N’ation and was their guest of honor for the Ravens game this past season. He also had a great love for music and had his own band, The Country Outlaws, for 15 years. Greg is survived by his children, Gregory Teegarden Jr. (Carrie Carson) of Blainsburg, Arminia Teegarden of North Charleroi and Brian (Sherri) Gibino of Donora; grandchildren, Shaylee Teegarden, Maura and Travis Keller and Brianna and Philip Gibino; great-grandson, Jace Castner; siblings, Lawrence Thomas (Sydney) Teegarden, Donna (Joe) Gazboda, Patricia Clutter, Frank (Dawn) Teegarden, Carolyn (Dennis) Dorcon and Emily (Matt) Stasicha; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis Gibino Teegarden; and brothers, Doug, Allen and Bud Teegarden. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, in the funeral home, with interment following at Mon Valley Memorial Park.
