Residents question Rostraver Township well-pad project

Skeptics say Olympus Energy’s Hera Well Pad project could impact the traffic footprint near the Rostraver Ice Garden causing safety concerns.
The oil and natural gas company’s detailed plans to change the intersection of Route 51 north and Gallitin Road during their second appearance before Rostraver Township’s Zoning Hearing Board Wednesday.
