Electricity rates to increase in June

Consumers could see a sharp spike in their electric bills next month. According to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, starting June 1 most utilities will adjust prices for electric as summer approaches, anywhere from 6% to 45% depending on the consumer’s electric provider.
