Residents rally in Clairton for clean air

Thomas also later offered comment at an Allegheny County Health Department public hearing inside the municipal complex regarding changes to coke oven regulations.

Allegheny County Health Department held a hearing in Clairton Wednesday to take public comment on proposed amendments to coke oven regulations.
And prior to the public hearing, around a dozen or so local environmental activists held a small, peaceful demonstration outside the Clairton municipal building, where the hearing was held.
