Patronella L. Ohler, 96, of McKeesport, died on Thursday, July 7, 2022. She was born in Scott-dale, Pa., on Nov. 23, 1925, and is the daughter of the late Vittorio and Angelina Caliciotti Bianchi and the wife of the late Virgil M. Ohler. She was employed at Zayre Department Store (later Ames) from 1965 until her retirement in 2002. She was a member of McKeesport Church of Christ. She loved to go on casino trips and play cards and bingo. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughters, Sondra (Gene) Cherepko of McKeesport, Debra (the late Ronald) Katchur of McKeesport and Pamela (Scott Maciarz) Saxon of McKeesport; sister, Antoinette (the late George) Snyder of Dunbar, Pa.; grandchildren, Melissa (Joseph) Ernst, Michael (Nicole) Cherepko, Ronald (Kristen) Katchur, Robert (Desiree) Cherepko, Steven Cherepko, Joseph (Mandy) Saxon, Christopher (Dez) Saxon, and Amanda (Patrick) McCormick; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Alexandria, Madeline, Jacob, Ron, Rogan, Reddik, Renden, Kamryn, Kendyl, Arden, Nolan, Cadence, Danica; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Patronella was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary (the late Victor) Kern, Jean (the late Lou) Cicchino, Josephine (the late Ralph) Kennedy and Rose Bianchi. Family and friends will gather from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2022, at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
