New Cougars coach confident about turnaround

Soon after he was hired as the head football coach at Charleroi, Mark Gambino reached out to a former Cougars’ coach to get a little inside information on the team he was taking over.
“He told me, ‘they will work hard for you,’” Gambino said. “He said, ‘Set the tone and they’ll work.’”
Gambino has been working with his new team since April and has had a first-hand look at how hard his kids have worked.
