‘Peggy’s Pastries’ to honor baking dynamo

Peggy Foster will be remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit and passion for sweet treats. Her love of dessert, family and fellowship will be celebrated at the Festival of Nations next weekend in Charleroi when a bakery case is dedicated in her name.
