Rostraver Township residential refuse bills to stay same in 2023

Rostraver Township residents will not see an increase in their garbage bill in 2023.
During Wednesday’s voting meeting, the commissioners established fees for the second year of a three-year agreement with Big’s Sanitation Inc. that will cost the township $1,040,700.
