Elizabeth Twp. explores need for tax hike

Earlier this week, Elizabeth Township commissioners treaded lightly around the idea of raising taxes next year. The topic came up when Township Manager Greg Butler said he was concerned about at least three projects that are sure to be costly for taxpayers.
