Serra, Frazier top two seeds in Class 1A volleyball

The WPIAL announced its volleyball championship brackets Friday, and a trio Mon Valley teams find themselves as high seeds. There was some question on who would receive the No. 1 seed in Class 1A, as a couple of local teams battled it out all season. In the end, Serra Catholic (15-1) drew the top seed. The Eagles finished as the champions of Section 4 with an unbeaten record in section play.
