Carvers prepare pumpkins for jack-o’-lantern display

Families and kids carved 52 pumpkins Saturday at Monongahela Public Library to be placed along West Main Street for the city’s annual Avenue of the Hanging Jack-O’-Lanterns. The Monongahela Main Street Program holds the event every year to raise funds and to decorate the city.
