Elizabeth Twp. adds police officer

A large number of Mon Valley communities are experiencing police shortages, but Elizabeth Township added to its force Monday. Officer James Pepiot was sworn in by Magisterial District Judge Beth Mills, making him the 17th full-time officer on the township’s force.
