RAD is planning its spending for next year, and its 2023 preliminary budget was approved Thursday. The board of directors of Allegheny Regional Asset District, known by many as RAD or “RAD works here,” approved a $120.1 million tentative spending plan — $107,486,875 to fund operations for RAD assets and funding applicants and $12,594,354 in capital/programming funding for assets/applicants.
