For the first time since 2019, the Witch Festival will return to the Monongahela Aquatorium from 1-10 p.m. Saturday. The celebration will be “reminiscent of events in the past, perhaps with some new twists” according to the president of Aquatorium Innovations Inc., Tanya Chaney. It will have a wide array of vendors throughout the day as well as an extensive entertainment schedule.
