Local Powerball players have billion-dollar dreams

People across the Mon Valley hoped for a lucky Halloween as the Powerball jackpot reached $1 billion for Monday’s drawing. It was the second time the Powerball jackpot reached 10 figures. It’s the second-largest jackpot in the game’s 30-year history and the fifth-highest lottery jackpot in U.S. history. Many had big plans if they hit it big.
