Top-seeded Serra knocks off Bishop Canevin to clinch first trip to title game

As the final kill hit the floor at Peters Township High School’s AHN Arena Tuesday night, it was truly a historic moment for both teams in the WPIAL Class 1A volleyball semifinals. For Serra Catholic, the kill signified the final point in a 3-1 victory over Bishop Canevin, as the Eagles will be making their first ever trip to the championship game.
