White Oak hears sanitation complaints

With White Oak set to open trash/recycling contract bid proposals this morning, borough council on Monday night heard from a resident who has complaints about Big’s Sanitation. That company, which is based in Rostraver Township, is the borough’s current solid waste hauler, but its contract with Big’s is up at the end of this year.
