Charleroi Area School District: Superintendent swats down litter box rumors

There are no litter boxes anywhere on the Charleroi Area School District campus. While it may seem like an odd topic to discuss at a school board meeting, Superintendent Dr. Ed Zelich wanted to set the record straight Tuesday after rumors began circulating in the community that the school had installed litter boxes for student use.
