When California’s Abby Salzman scoured the list of Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful’s Young Ambassadors of Pennsylvania program, she was surprised by what she saw. She had already been informed of her inclusion in the program via email, but she couldn’t find another person who lived near her in a grouping of students all across the state.
