If anyone generally speaks of Frazier High School sports, undoubtedly, Don Hartman’s name comes up. But ask him who the greatest of all time really is. “It’s her,” he says, pointing to his wife along the Frazier volleyball sideline a couple of weeks ago. “Mandy’s the GOAT.”
