Kuzma leading Self in 39th District contest

With 63 of 64 precincts reporting between Allegheny and Washington counties, it appears Republican Andrew Kuzma will be the next state Representative of the 39th Legislative District. As of 11:30 p.m., Kuzma had 17,824 votes to Democrat Rick Self’s 13,412 votes — a difference of more than 4,400 votes.
