Rosalind Ann Russell, 66, of Washington, D.C., was born April 6, 1956, in Braddock. She was the beloved daughter of the late LD and Mary Elizabeth Howard Russell. Rosalind departed this life on Oct. 30, 2022, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronald “Lemon” Russell; and sister, Robin. Rosalind grew up in McKeesport and was a 1975 graduate of McKeesport Area Senior High School. Following high school, she graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College. She had a variety of jobs and lived in many states across the country because she loved to travel. Rosalind is survived by a daughter, Toinette Michele Russell Stevenson; son, Garland Larry Webb; siblings, Rachel, Rita and Richard “Donut” Russell; three grandchildren, aunts, cousins and many other relatives and friends. Family and friends will be received at St. Paul AME 1350 Locust St., McKeesport. Visitation will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Arrangements are entrusted to ROBERT A. WATERS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 449 Mitchell Ave., Clairton, PA 15025.
