N. Charleroi to celebrate when ‘Aunt Jean’ turns 103

Jean Colbert Roberts doesn’t have a special birthday wish. For the North Charleroi native, who will turn 103 Wednesday, it’s just like any other day. She wants to eat good food and spend time with her family; she doesn’t want to make a fuss.
