Monessen solicitor explains fees and duties for the city

The topic of Monessen’s solicitor’s fees was raised once again at a recent city council meeting, and the numbers, and his duties, were explained. Resident Ed Lefevre said he’s been curious about the law firm’s retainer fee, and Solicitor Joe Dalfonso said the cost is $800 monthly.
