Mon Valley Florida Reunion has new organizer

Despite some challenges, the 42nd annual Mon Valley Florida Reunion is officially set for Feb. 25 in Tampa. The event, which will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Whiskey Joe’s Bar and Grill, is back after not being held in 2022 due to COVID concerns. This year’s iteration is being spearheaded by Charleroi-native Mona Lisa Spirko after former leader John Hisiro pulled out of planning it due to low attendance.
