South Allegheny suffered a slim loss at the hands of Laurel Highlands in a Class 4A showdown Saturday afternoon. LH standout Keondre DeShields hit a pair of go-ahead free throws with less than a minute remaining in the Mustangs’ 56-55 win over the Gladiators in nonsection play at Sewickley Academy.
